1. Introduction

Dear Visitors, we welcome you to our new RIMO-webshop!
Because of our former ordering procedure having been too awkward, we decided to simplify the whole thing for you and for us.
We hope we have reached our aim with this new webshop. Should there be any suggestions, questions or criticism, just feel free to contact us. We endeavor to advance our services to their maximum.

2. Navigation

Navigating through our webshop is basically done with the navigation bar on the left side. If you have chosen a category in which you would like to look for our articles, you can open the respective sub-categories. Then just choose one of those sub-categories to get an overview of the articles placed in it in the main frame. Because of the comfortable tree-structure of this navigationbar it's very easy to navigate through the different categories.
An additional navigation bar can be found within the upper frame. There you can choose to view your shopping-cart to get an overview of the already selected articles. If you don't want to make any changes to your cart, you can also head on to the cashpoint to finish your order. It is also possible to search for certain articles by using our internal searching machine. The last button to be explained is the help-button. By clicking on it you will get an overview of the function of each button used in our webshop.

3. Our products

During the implementation of our webshop we were able to extend our range of products.
Every products listed within the RIMO-assortment categories are handmade by us and produced in our stuido in Solingen/Germany.
All other articles are supplied by third parties. Even these articles have to pass through our strict quality control to ensure the quality of every third-party products. Anyhow, should you be dissatisfied with our products in any way, pleas contact us.

4. Order procedure

If you would like to order one of our articles just leftclick on the "add article to shopping-cart" button below the article and it will be added to your shopping cart. With this method you can easily put each article you would like to order into your shopping cart, for example to compose a complete outfit consiting of a coat, trousers and gloves.
Once you have finished your shopping, just leftclick on the "check-out"-button to head on to the cashpoint. Here you will be prompted to enter your user name and password. If you already ordered something through our webshop previously just the data chosen at your first order. If this is your first order just enter any user name, at best your eMail-address, and a password you like. Make sure your keep this data in mind for further orders.
After clicking on the "next"-button a page with your personal data, such as your address etc., will open. If you are already registered as a costumer, your data will be listed here and can be edited if you like. If you are a new costumer to the webshop just enter you relevant data here. It is necessary to enter you data in each field provided with a *. Now please choose your individual method of payment and leftclick the "next"-button.
On the following page your data will be provided again, please check them carefully. Beneath your data you will notice a table with a list of articles you placed in your shopping-cart. Please check them, too, and then leftclick on the "next"-button if everything is right. If not, use the "back"-button and edit your data.
On the last page our Standard Terms of Business will be shown. Read them carefully, choose if you accept them or not and then leftclick the "Send your order"-button if you agree with the STB.
Your order is now on its way to us. We will take up your order as soon as possible and contact you to clarify final questions such as the detailed sizes and colours of the article(s) you ordered.

5. Manufacturing

All RIMO-Products are handcrafted in our studio in Germany. This production-period may last some weeks, depending on the article (coats last longer than trousers etc.) and on the time of delivery of the chosen material. On average we need up to 4 weeks to produce one of our articles. If there is a longer time of production, we will inform you directly following your order. The delivery time of Articles which are supplied by third parties may last up to two or four weeks, because we don't keep every item in stock and have to order them first in this case.

6. Transportation

Our articles are being transported exclusively with DHL. We normally use assured parcels to make sure our articles will reach you undamaged. If you experience any problems, such as delay in delivery, please contact us immedately by our contact-form. If the parcel has been damaged, please make sure that the goods remain undamaged. Open the damaged package in the presence of the postman and tell him if the goods are damaged. Only then the liability of the mail service is granted.

7. Custom-made products

You haven't found anything you would like to order, although there are masses of articles created by RIMO? Don't worry, we can help!
'RIMO-Mantelmode' offers you to manufacture a coat or other articles according to your special wishes as guidlines.
Just contact us via our contact form or by eMail to contact us and tell us about your special ideas. Nothing is impossible! We will then try to make a first rough copy and calculate an estimate of costs. It is also possible to make almost any changes on existing articles!

8. Frequently asked questions

Question: Does one of your employees contact me after my order?
Answer: Yes, as a matter of course we will contact you to check all details, such as colours and sizes, with you.

9. Compatability

This webshop is optimized for Internet Explorer 6. Additionally, a resolution of 800x600 is the minimum you should have to view this webshop without any errors. We recommend a resolution of 1024x768 or higher. Cookies and Java Script must both be activated!
